A "no fuss" returns policy
We're confident you'll be happy with your I Loves The 'Diff product, but we offer customers a full refund if so desired upon receipt of unwanted items returned in pristine condition within 30 days of purchase*. No quibble and no fuss.
In the highly unlikely event of the item arriving damaged or faulty, we'll swap it for a new one and pay the postage for the item to be returned once you receive the replacement. To be honest, we've only had one return so far - and we hand-delivered the replacement garment.
If your item doesn't fit and you want a different size, please do get in touch - we can something out, no hassle.
We don't think we can say fairer than that, like.

The 30 day limit on returns just sounded like a reasonable period. Besides, it's the name of one of our favourite Chuck Berry songs. But we're nothing if not flexible - get in touch.
