We're confident you'll be happy with your I Loves The 'Diff product, but we offer customers a full refund if so desired upon receipt of unwanted items returned in pristine condition within 30 days of purchase*. No quibble and no fuss.
In the unlikely event of the item arriving damaged or faulty, we'll swap it for a new one and pay the postage for the item to be returned. Just drop us an email before sending it back.
If your garment doesn't fit and you want a different size, please do get in touch - we can sort something out, no hassle. We even do doorstep swaps within Cardiff. We don't think we can say fairer than that, like.
