From The 'Diff with Love

We're on our hols! No deliveries from 27 Aug till 17 Sept
Though it's not unknown for some local orders to be delivered the same day as purchase, to be fair it is an exception rather than the rule. That said, the majority of orders are mailed First Class within 3 days, but please allow 14 days before you start to worry just in case the Royal Mail is on a go-slow or we happen to be out of stock of a particular size.

First birthday holiday shutdown. No deliveries between 27 August and 17 September. You can still buy stuff, but it won't come till we're back!

Need to make a change? No problem
If you are concerned about your order, drop us a line. We'll be happy to hear from you. Likewise, if you have special requests or need to change the order or delivery address - if it hasn't been sent yet, we'll fix it.

If you're in a rush and time is of the essence, just email us and we can discuss a hand delivery (if you're in the 'Diff) or arranging a courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Is it a surprise? Mum's the word
This has just occurred to us...(see how we try to think of everything!) Most of our (pretty pink) parcels carry the I Loves The 'Diff logo on the postage sticker. We know that I Loves The 'Diff tees and hoodies make excellent presents for loved ones or work colleagues, but if you're buying an item as a surprise gift for someone with whom you live you probably won't want us to give the game away with the logo on the parcel. So please let us know in the 'instructions to seller' box when you check-out via Paypal. (Or email after you buy your item.)

Sending overseas? The 'Diff's goin' global So far we've sent our lovely I Loves The 'Diff t-shirts to Australia, Canada, Italy and the US. However, our £12 per t-shirt offer price includes First Class postage within the UK only. It's surprisingly cheap to send a t-shirt or hoodie by standard airmail (between £2 and £3, depending on the accuracy of the scales at the Post Office at Asda, Pontprennau). If you're based outside the UK or are sending a gift directly overseas, please email us beforehand to let us know. We've even been known not to charge extra if we're in a good mood. Because the cost varies depending on the country and the weight of the item we'll despatch your order first, and then arrange extra payment later via Paypal, if necessary.
